About these terms

These terms apply when you create an account, start a trial or subscribe to MyBizOnline OS. By accepting them during sign-up, you enter into an agreement with MYBIZONLINE.AI LTD, company number 16070269, registered in England and Wales, with registered office at 16 Whitley Drive, Broughton, Chester, CH4 0TL, United Kingdom.

MyBizOnline OS is primarily a business service. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it. A signed order for bespoke work or managed services may add to these terms and takes priority where it expressly says so.

02

Your 14-day trial

You choose a plan and monthly or annual billing before creating the trial. Stripe securely collects a payment method, but no subscription charge is taken when the trial starts.

Unless you cancel before the displayed trial end, the selected paid subscription starts automatically and the accepted plan price is charged. The subscription then renews for the same billing interval until cancelled. Your exact trial end and cancellation control remain visible in MyBizOnline OS.

Cancelling during the trial prevents the first plan charge. Cancelling after the trial normally takes effect at the end of the paid period already started. Properly incurred usage charges and other amounts remain payable.

03

Plans, prices and tax

The plan, recurring price, currency and billing interval displayed immediately before checkout form part of your order. Annual billing is paid for the full year at the start of each annual period. We will give reasonable notice before changing the recurring price of an active subscription and give you an opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect.

Team access is included within the published workspace price; there is no separate per-user licence charge. Plan capabilities may improve over time. We will not knowingly remove the substance of a paid service without reasonable notice or a suitable remedy.

MYBIZONLINE.AI LTD is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not added to the published UK prices. If the applicable tax treatment changes, invoices and future charges will reflect the legally required position.

04

Metered usage charges

Some services create separate usage charges, including platform email, telephone numbers, calls, SMS, recording and transcription. These charges apply only after the relevant service has been configured and deliberately used.

The current standard UK rates are published in the usage rate card. Long SMS messages may contain multiple billable segments; each email recipient counts as a delivery; and calls are measured in billable minutes. International, premium, WhatsApp and model-dependent AI usage is priced clearly before activation because the underlying rate depends on destination, category or model.

Usage is aggregated and shown in the workspace billing record. We may update future usage rates when network, provider, currency or regulatory costs change. We will publish the new effective date and give reasonable notice where an active customer is materially affected. A changed rate does not rewrite usage already recorded.

05

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, protect passwords and authentication factors, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. Accounts may be used only by authorised people working for your organisation and must not be sold, shared publicly or used to bypass plan, permission or security controls.

You are responsible for removing access when a team member no longer needs it and for maintaining suitable devices, browsers and network access. We may require an additional authentication step for higher-risk administration.

06

Your data and responsibilities

You retain your rights in business and customer data entered into MyBizOnline OS. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, protect, back up and display it to provide and support the service.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis, giving required notices and respecting consent and communication rules when you place personal information in the service or contact people through it. Do not place payment-card details in ordinary text fields or upload unlawful, infringing, malicious or unauthorised material.

Our use of account and service information is explained in the privacy notice. Where we process customer-controlled personal information on your instructions, the organisation remains responsible for those instructions and any applicable data-processing terms also apply.

07

Acceptable use

You must not misuse MyBizOnline OS. In particular, you must not introduce harmful code, attempt unauthorised access, probe or circumvent tenant boundaries, overload the service, send unlawful or unsolicited material, infringe another person's rights, reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it, or use an external provider in breach of its rules.

Legitimate security research requires prior written authorisation and an agreed scope. We may apply reasonable limits to protect deliverability, network reputation, security and service availability.

08

Availability and connected providers

We take reasonable care to operate and protect the service, but no online service can be promised as uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, respond to incidents and make changes needed for security and reliability.

Connected payment, email, calendar, messaging, telephony and AI services remain subject to their own availability, approval and terms. MyBizOnline OS does not treat a provider connection as live until it has been configured and authorised. We remain responsible for our own integration and support obligations, but not for a third-party service outside our reasonable control.

09

Ownership and permitted use

MyBizOnline OS, its original interface, software, documentation and brand assets are owned by or licensed to MYBIZONLINE.AI LTD. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

While your subscription is active, we grant authorised users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the organisation's internal business purposes. No ownership in the platform is transferred.

10

Suspension and ending the service

We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful use, material breach or overdue payment. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it.

Either party may end the agreement for a material breach that is not remedied within a reasonable period after notice, or immediately where it cannot reasonably be remedied. When access ends, we handle account and customer data under the privacy notice, applicable data-processing terms, technical backup cycles and legal obligations.

11

Liability, law and contact

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Mandatory statutory rights are not affected.

Subject to those protections and to the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement began. You remain responsible for business decisions, regulatory obligations and appropriate continuity arrangements.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, whose courts have jurisdiction subject to mandatory rights. Questions can be sent to info@mybizonline.ai. We may update these terms for legal, security or service changes and will give reasonable notice of a material change affecting an active paid subscription.
